Sina JM at JP, Kenny at Toffi. Sila ang unang nakaalam sa pinakamalaking twist sa season na ito. Sinabi ni Big Bro na meron siyang dalawang magkahiwalay na bahay. Dalawa ang grupo ng housemates, at paghihiwalayin sina JP at JM, Toffi at Kenny. Dapat walang makaalam sa ibang housemates na sila ay may mga kakambal at dalawa ang bahay ni Kuya.
