Sam Pinto puzzled by Jake Cuenca's 'No comment' statement!

Immediately after her eviction from the Pinoy Big Brother house, ex-housemate Sam Pinto braved the press with her sizzling-hot revelation regarding her past relationship with actor Jake Cuenca. Without hesitation, she declared that both of them used to date—a claim that Jake has not yet confirmed.

Just a few weeks ago, SNN had a chance to personally ask Jake regarding the issue; but surprisingly, he didn’t give out a black and white answer that would either support or deny Sam’s confession. Instead of phrasing a reply, he tried to immediately change the subject with his dubious smiles and said “No comment.”

When asked about Jake’s rather unexpected reaction, Sam herself admitted that she is pretty puzzled with the actor’s alibi. She explained that she finds no reason for him to avoid the said issue since both of them know for a fact that her statement is legitimately true.

To further support this, she even shared her recent conversation with Jake, which is basically related with the controversy. She said, “Tinanong ko siya (Jake) e. Nag-text ako sa kanya, ‘Okay lang ba talaga [na inamin ko]?’ Tapos sabi niya, ‘Yeah. Super fine. Don’t worry about it.’ So sabi ko, ‘Okay.’”

Ex-PBB housemate Sam Pinto thinks Mariel Soriño is a suck up!

Model and fashion designer Sam Pinto became a Pinoy Big Brother Double Up housemate in the middle of the season, which became a big challenge for her to adjust to the other housemates who were already bonded with each other for several weeks prior to her entrance. “At first it was very hard for me kasi bonded na sila. May mga nangyari na sa kanila na hindi ko alam. Kapag pinaguusapan nila ‘yung mga past weekly tasks hindi ako maka-relate. Pero hinayaan ko na lang. Later on naman I was able to catch up,” Sam shared in an interview with ABS-CBN.com.

Ex-PBB housemate Sam Pinto admits Jake Cuenca courted her!

A day after she was booted out from the Pinoy Big Brother house, Sam Pinto appeared on The Buzz and there she revealed that Jake Cuenca courted her but when he got busy with the teleserye Tayong Dalawa, he suddenly stopped seeing Sam. When host Boy Abunda asked if it hurt her, Sam replied, “A bit, (but) after that wala na.” She also added has not yet dated anyone yet since the time Jake stopped pursuing her. When asked what message she would like to give to Jake, Sam answered shortly, “Nakita ko siya sa TV. He’s so famous now. I’m so happy for you.”

Sam Pinto and Rocky Salumbides are the newest additions to the PBB house!

As promised, Kuya opened his doors once again to welcome new housemates, Sam and Rocky. With their statuesque figures and good looks, it’s no wonder that they are no strangers to the limelight. Both have modeling careers and are able to strut their stuff on the catwalk, but reality TV is a whole new field.
Rocky Salumbides has graced the international fashion scene, but let this not fool you into thinking he’s all up in the air about this. His humble beginnings include growing up in the football team’s barracks and surviving on junk food alone. His mom raised their small family alone, working as a meber of Villamor Airbase’s football team. Rocky moved to Lanao del Norte with his maternal grandmother, and went back to Manila after some time. His luxurious job came later in life, after he has tried his hand on several blue-collar jobs such as selling balut and hauling heavy loads in construction, which he did to help augment their family income. Even after reveling in the limelight of fame and fortune, he was able to turn his back on it in favor of pursuing the love of his life, his “Pag-ibig”.
