Ex-PBB housemate Rica Paras speaks up on her brush with homophobia!

Rica Paras made history by being the first transgender housemate when she joined Pinoy Big Brother Double Up. In an interview with ABS-CBN.com following her eviction, Rica confessed that there were instances when she could feel that her guy housemates were a bit of homophobic. “Pagpasok ko pa lang ramdam ko na ‘yung pagkailang ng mga boys. They couldn’t approach me. Ako na ‘yung huli nilang sinubukang kausapin. Parang last choice na nila ako palagi.”
