New Indian housemate Harish stirs up the housemates!
Who said Prince Charmings and happy endings exist only in fairy tales? Absolutely not Melai! Because her dream-come-true date with Echo went as perfect as she wished it to be, thanks to Big Brother.
Already like long-time lovers, Melai and Echo grew more open and became more relaxed with each other as the date went by. Melai even confessed a little secret to Echo, that she always needed to burp right after eating otherwise her stomach will ache. Echo's counterpart confession, on the other hand, was way sweeter. In between their discussion on whether the dessert was a cheesecake or not, he told Melai to never change her face as she is already beautiful the way she is. Upon hearing this, Melai initially tried to cover up her feeling of giddiness by replying on how much she really wanted to have her nose changed because she felt it didn't fit her face. But surely, after hearing Echo said that, Melai might just never reconsider going under the needle ever again! After all, she was already a lovely princess to the eyes of her beloved.
However, as there is always a villain in every fairy tale, Big Brother continues to add excitement to the story inside the house. And this excitement is in the form of the new Indian housemate Harish. He supposedly came from the Big Brother House in India and will live in the Pinoy Big Brother House in exchange for Mariel, who was chosen by her housemates to fly to India. The big twist? The housemates are not aware that Big Brother India does not exist and the new housemate is actually another big challenge for them! So when Harish met Mariel in the confession room, he started with one of his tasks. He acted all in love with Mariel by saying he loves her already and even asked her if he could kiss her! Good thing Mariel knew how to be graceful under pressure and managed to cover up her nervousness by replying that Harish could kiss her hand instead. But Harish doesn't stop there!
Big Brother handed Harish a task wherein he would teach the housemates an Indian dance. The catch was he would be very strict to the housemates and will not allow any laughing or joking around. And so it went like that. When Cathy made a joke about playing "Jai Ho" for the dance, Harish immediately got mad with her. And whenever anybody looked like he or she was fooling around, Harish would get frustrated and yell at them. This made the housemates, especially Paul Jake and Rica, very uncomfortable that they weren't able to contain themselves. Paul Jake walked out from the dance practice while Rica fought with Harish, pointing out how he should learn the Filipino culture and adjust to it - which was similar to what they were doing with him. Let's see how this turns out when the housemates finally know the truth! Stay tuned to the latest updates of Pinoy Big Brother Double Up to find out.
