Resback Attack is put on hold during Game Uber!

The afternoon games had a tinge of déjà vu for the housemates, a flash back to the past when there were two houses and they were in friendly competition with each other. For a couple of hours each day, the attacks were put on hold and the housemates faced each other with smiles.



Yesterday’s “Bangaw Game” had the housemates looking like giant flies, intent on grabbing fifty balls from an inflatable pool set in the middle of the activity area. The pool was guarded by the ex-housemates, who were armed with a giant fly swatter. First two to fly out of the game were Tibo and Mariel, but that does not guarantee House B’s win now, does it?

Today they played “Out of the Box”, a modified street magician’s trick where the housemates had to guess which boxes hid the three ex-housemates they were looking for. Each housemate was allowed five seconds to see the ex-housemates out of their boxes, after which they were to go back inside and shuffle around before getting back in line. Every wrong guess would result in the housemate being sprayed with cream. Jason was up first, and surprised everyone by getting all three boxes correctly. Melai went next, and while she was sure of her first and second picks, she went the eenie-meenie route with her third guess. Sure enough, she ended up covered in whipped cream! Did the others fare as well as Jason, or did wrong guesses take the upper hand?

Out of the Game Uber mode, Kuya’s house was a war zone. Melai acted as the human alarm, efficient as she was in glimpsing covert attempts to peek into their side of the wall. Thanks to her, attempts by Tom and Rica to peer into their operations were thwarted. Only one thing could overcome Melai’s diligent watch: a celebrity visitor. Their latest visitor was none other than the Megastar herself! Armed with a white flag and a basket of goodies, Kuya announced her arrival with a “Ceasefire!” command. Updated with the goings-on inside the house, she shared a bite with the housemates and temporarily took their minds off the attacks, at least until Kuya reminded them of it and warned the Megastar to say her goodbyes. Melai was too overwhelmed by the visit that her wariness flew out the window, and at the next banging, she directed the others to open the door, in case it was the Queen of Talk Kris Aquino outside!

The Resbak Attacks are getting personal. Yuri and Patrick warn the housemates to “read between the lines” while Princess gets into a messy confrontation with Mariel. See how this turns out tonight, on PBB Double Up Primetime!
