Ex-PBB housemate Patrick Villanueva thinks Jason Francisco is ‘strategizing’!

In an interview with ABS-CBN.com following his eviction from Pinoy Big Brother Double Up, Patrick Villanueva explained why he found it hard to relate with the other 20-something housemates, something which led to him to become distant and quiet. “Hindi maaiiwasan na problem ‘yung age gap. Ayoko rin naman ipilit. Ayoko rin magmarunong o magmagaling, kasi lahat naman kami may sariling opinion. May mga topics na hindi ako maka-relate and ganoon din sila sa akin. Ilan lang ‘yung naka-bond ko, like sina Carol (Batay), Yuri (Okawa) and Tom (Rodriguez). Unfortunately nauna silang lahat umalis.”

Annina, Patrick say goodbye to housemates!

Christmas finally arrived inside the Big Brother House. The housemates were asked to gather around the living room for them to be able to open their special Christmas presents. Although surprised, they were pleased to find out their gifts - ranging from polo shirts and dresses to make-up kits and chocolate - came from their families from the outside world. What was more was that Big Brother also made them listen to short phone patches from their loved ones. Even Annina got to listen to her mom all the way from Germany! "I don't know how Big Brother reached her (Annina's mom)," she later said in the confession room. Like her, Jason got emotional upon hearing his mom's voice. But without a doubt, both of them seemingly felt happy upon hearing their mothers' voices.

Still unbelievable?

Halos magtatatlong buwan na ang mga housemates sa loob ng bahay ni Kuya pero hindi pa rin makapaniwala sina Patrick at Hermes na nagsestay na nga sila dito. Sabi pa nga ni Patrick, minsan pag naglalalakad-lakad siya sa loob ng bahay ni Kuya, iniisip niya kung totoo ba talagang nasa loob na siya. Umagree naman si Hermes at sabi din niyang hindi din siya makapaniwalang umuwi pa siya ng Pilipinas para pumasok sa bahay ni Kuya.

Sa House B nagpa-masahe ang mga boys, at habang naghihintay ng takdang panahon para pumuntang confession room, nagkwentuhan muna sila. Nag-recap sila ng mga pangalan ng mga nag-masahe sa kanila, tapos nag-isip kung ano kayang mga tanong ang bawal tanungin. Interested kasi silang malaman kung kilala sila ng mga tao sa labas.

Bitter ka, Patrick?

Hindi masyadong aware si Mariel sa extent ng PBB. Buti itong si Patrick, nanonood pala dati pa. After work kasi, ugali niyang manood ng TV until 2 or 3am. Tagasubaybay talaga siya ng teleserye ng totoong buhay ng Season 1, kaya naman sumubok siyang makapasok next season. Umabot siya until top 10 sa Baguio, kaya lang hindi na umangat. Asar-talo siya sa hirit ni Mariel. Medyo bitter-bitteran daw yata siya kaya hindi na masyadong nanood after.

After a long time, eto na.

Finally, matapos ang mahabang panahon, nagkatanungan na tungkol sa nakaraan. Natanong ni Mariel si patrick kung bakit nagkulong siya sa room noong nabuko 'yung task nila nina Kath at Jimson. Pati si Kath, nag-comment na din na iniisip niya noon, galit si Patrick sa kanila ni Jimson. In-assure naman sila ni patrick na naintindihan niya, tsaka hindi siya nagalit. Ang totoo, nahiya siya na harapin 'yung iabng housemates, lalo na after niya nakit 'yung reactions nila.

Sam, Carol, Patrick and Hermes top the list for the 8th Nomination Night!

Kuya’s surprise nomination twist did not end with Carol branding an automatic three points on Hermes’ forehead. This week’s nominations had a time limit, where the housemates had to squeeze in all their votes and comments into fifteen minutes. In this, Kuya hoped to check their ability to make decisions under pressure. All had to have a turn, or else risk being automatically nominated. Fortunately, they were able to manage their time well and all were unscathed, at least as far as that way goes.

On Uber: Human Tick-Tack-Toe!

The new House B played a fun game of tick-tack-toe live on this afternoon’s Uber episode. But as an added twist to this popular board game, the housemates had to mark their spots on the giant board by lying on squares. The Circle Blue team was made up of Rob, Cathy, Rica, and Rocky while the X Red team included Hermes, Melisa, Carol, and Patrick. The team to make a straight or diagonal mark will score a point, and the winning group will earn a special reward from Big Brother.

Rica, Carol, Jason, Patrick and Rob make up the list of this week’s nominees!

House B was fortunate enough to win the weekly task, and part of their reward was the opportunity to give an automatic nomination to a housemate from the opposing house. After much discussion, Patrick relayed the house’s decision: Rica, the Math goddess, will be automatically nominated this week. They found her physical abilities and strength an uneven match with the girls, against whom she was pitted. This posed a threat to the others, assuming that the coming challenges would again require a lot of movement and physical needs. Rica took her nomination graciously, assuring the rest of her housemates that she was at peace with her fate. This was her first nomination, and she candidly called out to various sectors for support. She ended by stating that, “Ang magandang laban, hindi kailangang pilayan ang kalaban.”

Balloon Hockey foe Game Uber!

House B ngayon ang maglalaro sa Game Uber. Dapat sana ice hockey yung game, pero dahil walang ice sa activity area, balloons ang gagamitin nila. Balloon balls ang kailangan i-shoot sa goals using balloon bats. Bawal gumamit ng body parts sa pag-shoot, and violation 'yun pag nangyari. Violation din ang pagpapaputok ng balloon ball or balloon bat on purpose.Kapag pumutok ang bola, out na ang player. Paeramihan ng points, kasi 30 minutes yung game.
