Pinoy Showdown continues, with Jason committing another violation!

This week’s task is entitled “Pinoy Showdown”. The terms are pretty much like the Pinoy Big Battle, where the two houses will compete with each other in daily events and the team that bags three wins out of five will be the victor. The next day’s activity will be decided by lottery, with them picking out from many choices. The last event is a basketball game, and the winning team this week not only gets their full budget, but will also be rewarded by a special viewing of Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao’s latest game. In contrast, the losing house not only loses their weekly budget but has to accept an automatic nomination for one of their own, as selected by the winning house. The stakes are quite high, and surely, both houses will again be putting their best foot forward for these.



On Game Uber, they played “Palengkero”, where four boys from each house had to gather food items suspended overhead. One acted as the team coach, giving out directions while the others navigated their way around the activity area blindfolded. The food items they gathered will then be the ingredients that they will use to create a full meal: appetizer, main course and dessert. Ala Iron Chef, they will have to create meals with durian as the main ingredient.

Jason put his team on the line again with his antics. He took off his blindfold mid-game and grabbed two food items, instead of one. Because of this, the opposing team was given the chance to get one food item from his team. House B chose to get their chicken, leaving House A with few choices for their main dish. Will this cost them the task? This might increase the friction that has been under wraps so far, especially since his carelessness caused everyone to pay the price for it yet again.

House A got their first glimpse at Rocky during today’s game, and could not hide their confusion and wonder at the considerable height of the new housemate. Meanwhile, Tom dropped by on Uber and had a quick chat with Bianca. He has yet to grow accustomed to the outside world, and finds himself groping for his lapel. The first thing he did, Tom shared, was to pig out on meat, banana split and the classic halo-halo. He reiterated that he understood Kuya’s decision, and has realized a lot of things about himself. Tom was later joined by ex-housemates Princess and Jimson to promote their Meet and Greet happening this weekend.

Tom was not the only one getting disoriented. The boys of House A were also being bothered with the transformation in Carol. Like a child who just recently discovered her mom’s make-up kit, Carol had on heavy make up and fashion jewelry with short shorts and high heeled shoes. She walked around the house, trying out various sexy poses and moves. As she giggled about being with Paul Jake and the like, the rest of the boys frowned at her seductive mode and were quite vocal about their comments against it.
